We’ll help you prepare annual budgets, determine how instalments will be paid, and navigate the collection of levies from property owners.

Secure Funds Management

We’ll establish a separate Westpac bank account for you, and your entity will be the sole owner of those funds. All interest earned will be credited to you, and our relationship with Westpac means you won’t pay any bank fees!

Running AGMs & Meetings

We’ll prep the agenda, take minutes and record the resolutions for your General Meetings. We have the facilities and amenities to host meetings in person and manage remote meetings.

Record Keeping

We’ll prepare and store your financial accounts & records, including balance sheet, profits & losses and full details for all transactions for owners to view before the AGM. This includes submitting financial statements to independent auditors.

Maintenance Plan

We’ll help you develop, fund and implement a long-term maintenance plan to ensure you’re compliant with legislation.

Meeting Your Obligations

With our expertise in body corp admin, you can rest easy knowing we’ll ensure you’re meeting all obligations under the Unit Titles Act and other relevant legislation. We also assist with guiding you through tricky issues relating to Health & Safety and Healthy Homes Regulations.
